Docthub.com is a digital platform for healthcare professionals, offering healthcare career and professional related services through website as well as Android and iOS Mobile app for Users. It aggregates healthcare jobs, courses, events, masterclass, certification programs offered by different partnered organizations. It also offers digital tools like Logbook, Resume Builder, Exhibitor, Registry, Card, and Professional Branding to manage healthcare professional activities and grow their practice.

Docthub Enterprise Solutions is for businesses and enterprises to post their content and get user responses as per their need for relevant products on Docthub platform. It includes the purchase of items and materials, digital features, tools, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) to grow and manage their professional and organizational work. It has a different software module; Recruiter, Institute, Event Organizer, Membership Management, E-Certificate, Marketing Solutions, etc.

Events Organizer is a software module for Docthub Enterprise application, accessible through https://enterprise.docthub.com/. Any legal business entity, institute or organization can create their Enterprise Account and explore this software module to manage their Event. Enterprise Users who are using this module are hereinafter referred to as 'Event Organizer'.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Docthub Health Tech Private Limited and/or its subsidiary(ies) and/or affiliate(s) including hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Docthub", "DHTPL", "we" or "our". Regarding your use of the Website and any Services offered by the Docthub including, but not limited to, delivery of content via the Website, any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise. By accessing the Website or Service and/or by clicking "I agree", you agree to be bound by these Terms. You hereby represent and warrant to the Docthub that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are capable of entering, performing and adhering to these Terms and that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Docthub reserves the right to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, products or services at any time without notice to you, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the Website without prior notice. In particular, Docthub may suspend, cancel, terminate or modify our referral offers or discount offers through promo codes, including any terms and conditions and any referral functionalities at any time in our sole discretion. Referral links or discount coupon codes may not function following any discontinuance of, or changes to, the associated referral offer(s). By participating in our referral program or discount coupon promo code, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review and understand the offers active at any particular time, and that you will be bound by such changes as may be made from time to time. Docthub reserves the right to charge subscription and/ or membership fees from a user, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of the Docthub Enterprise application (https://enterprise.docthub.com/). Docthub may suspend, cancel, terminate or modify any rewards or referral offers or discount promo code, including any terms and conditions and any rewards or referral functionalities at any time in our sole discretion. Offer or referral links or promo codes may not function following any discontinuance of, or changes to, the associated referral offer(s). Docthub Enterprise application has a software module 'Event Organizer' through which Enterprise Account users can utilize for their Event Management, Attendee Management, Communications for their organizations and get benefits from Docthub Events portal and its user database. The Event Organizer service has multiple functionalities, but not limited to (1) Event Listing, (2) Manage Registrations, (3) Manage Attendees, (4) Attendee Communications, (5) Event Page, (6) QR Check-In Solutions, (7) Abstract Management, (8) Download Reports & Summary, (9) E-Certificate, (10) Face Check-In Solutions, (11) Sponsorships & Exhibitors, (12) On-site Services.

For listing events on Docthub Events Portal, any healthcare organization can access Docthub Enterprise application on https://enterprise.docthub.com/ and create enterprise account and explore Event Organizer module to list an event. Explore more information on https://www.docthub.com/event-organizer . From Event Organizer module, enterprises can list an event, manage online and offline registrations, manage attendee communications, invoices, E-Certificate, QR Check-In or Face Check-In attendance, Manage Abstracts, and download summary or invoices for accounting and administrative purposes which creates an end-to-end smooth and seamless event management. Event listing is categorized in Private and Public, in case of public event, it will be listed on Docthub Event Portal for public access directly, while in a private event, it will not be listed on portal but will create a Private URL.

With 'Manage Registrations', enterprise users can receive online registrations for their events through Docthub Events portal by ready to plug-in payment gateway and auto-generated invoice system which creates attendee listing in real-time on dashboard. They can also manage registrations through Offline and Complimentary mode as per their need and requirement. For Online Registration, anyone can access Docthub Event web page, click on 'Register Now', select ticket, add attendee details and complete the payment, it will real time synchronized, enterprise user can edit or review order details, attendee details, download invoice. For Offline and Complimentary Registrations, enterprise users can initiate through 'Event Organizer' module by selecting ticket, adding attendee and payment details.

With 'Abstract Management', enterprise users can receive, download, review, approve or reject the Abstract request from attendee, students, or researchers for their event's scientific program. Such Abstract Types are but not limited to; (1) Oral Presentation, (2) Paper Presentation, (3) Poster Presentation, (4) Video Presentation, (5) Research Presentation.

With 'Manage Attendees', enterprise users can edit, review, communicate, create E-certificate and download summary of all event attendees or participants.

With 'QR Check-In', enterprise users can create QR stations, mark attendance of different stations, access QR station reports, restrict or give access to attendees for different event areas or zones. The QR Check-In and Face Check-In scanning and attendance marking can be done through an iOS and Android mobile app, "Docthub QR Check-In App". Enterprise Users can manage the QR Check-In Executives on Event Organizer module for safety and security.

With 'Face Check-In', enterprise users can give permission and approve to choose this software feature during their event to manage attendance and crowd management. By selecting this service, it will enable the Face Check-In feature for all the registered attendees in the event, attendees can save or upload their Selfie for Face Recognition Identification through a web page or 'My Events' section in Docthub Platform (https://www.docthub.com/).

With 'Sponsorships & Exhibitors', enterprise users can add, edit, receive, approve, restrict, and manage Sponsors or Business Entities who want to promote their business during their event. They can create broadcast communication and greetings on behalf of sponsors to all attendees through 'Attendee Communication' and 'AI Concierge' features of Event Organizer module.

Any use or attempted use of the Service: (i) for any unauthorized, fraudulent or malicious purpose; (ii) that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server; (iii) that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App or Website(s); (iv) to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any server or systems through hacking, password mining or any other means; (v) to access systems, data or information not intended by DHTPL to be made accessible to a user; (vi) to attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by us; or (vii) for any use other than the purpose for which it was intended, is prohibited.

Docthub reserves the right to monitor the use of the Website and the Service and to take whatever lawful actions it may deem appropriate in response to actual or suspected violations of the foregoing, including, without limitation, withholding cash back or the suspension or termination of a user's access and/or account. Docthub may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Except as may be expressly limited by the Privacy Policy, Docthub reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Docthub deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Docthub's sole discretion. You also agree to reimburse Docthub for any damage, loss, cost or expense Docthub incurs (including fees or costs of attorneys, accountants, professional advisors, and other experts incurred in connection with the defence or settlement of the foregoing) because of your use of the Website or the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Any information, images, communications, or material of any type or nature that you submit to the Website and the Service, or any of our pages contained on a social media platform or website by e-mail, chats, posting, messaging, uploading, downloading, or otherwise (collectively, a "Submission") is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy.

As part of the Services, Company may provide enterprise subscription services to its Enterprise Users including but not limited to Docthub access to behind the paywall content. When you subscribe to Docthub Enterprise subscription as part of Services offered by Company on the Website or the Service, you gain access to list your event, manage event through Event Organizer module features, and other enterprise module or features specially chosen for you by the Docthub team. The nature of content and module features behind the paywall is subject to change at the sole discretion of Company; the decision of Company and/or its representatives in this regard shall be final and binding on Enterprise Users.

Enterprise Subscription-based Services may differ from country to country and the device from which you subscribe. Enterprise Subscription packages and price may also vary in time. The subscription prices shall be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion.

When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment and other information required by the Company. By submitting payment details, you represent, warrant and undertake that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription-based Services or your entire access to Services on the Website. In suspicious circumstances, we may contact the issuing bank/ payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms and conditions, we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you. Company uses third party payment gateway services for receiving payment from Users for its subscription-based Services and you hereby agree to your details and information being shared with such third-party payment service providers.

For our enterprise subscription-based services, Company shall endeavour to process your subscription promptly, but Company does not guarantee that your enterprise subscription will be activated by any specified time. By submitting your payment and other subscription details, you are making an offer to us to buy a subscription. Your offer will only be accepted by us and a contract formed when we have successfully verified your payment details and email address, at which point we will provide you with access to your subscription. Company reserves the unfettered right to reject any offer made by its Enterprise Users, at its discretion, for any or no reason.

The enterprise subscription price for our subscription-based services will be made clear to you on our Event Organizer Solution web page or the Docthub Enterprise application in 'Subscriptions' section and location of such details on our Website may vary from time to time, by region or by country. In order to obtain our subscription-based Services, you hereby agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription and at such frequencies as notified from time to time. For certain subscription-based Services offered by Company, including, but not limited to, Docthub, the Company however may choose to offer fixed term, or fixed payment frequency offers from time to time to Users. The currency in which your subscription is payable will be specified during the order process, depending on the Service and your country of business KYC address. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time your subscription and cannot be changed during the term and subsistence of your subscription. We publish our pricing on our Website(s) and the Service pages to you in advance of any increase in the price of your subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the revised price.

Subscription and access to subscription-based Services fall under the purview of applicable Tax laws of India. Taxes are applicable for consumption of content and services on the Website and other Services of Company for Enterprise Users based in India, and outside the country. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes.

You hereby agree and acknowledge that the content and services on the Website may become subject to technical glitch and/or errors including but not limited to price list, subscription details etc. If we incorrectly or due to a technical glitch or error state a price to you whether online or otherwise, we are not obliged to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have mistakenly accepted your offer to buy a subscription at that price, and we reserve the right to subsequently notify you of any pricing error. If we do this, you may cancel the subscription-based Service without any obligation to us and we will refund you any money you have paid us in full, or you may pay the correct price. If you refuse to exercise either of these choices, then we may cancel your access to our subscription-based services and will refund to you any money you have paid us in full. Company always endeavours to act in good faith in determining whether a genuine pricing error has occurred or not.

In addition to any subscription fees, you pay for our enterprise subscription-based Services, you are responsible for paying any internet connection or other telecommunications charges or any other costs or charges that you may incur by accessing the Service and/or subscription-based Services. For example, if you use any of our mobile app services, then your network operator may charge you for data or messaging services.

You can choose an enterprise subscription-based Service for the term and duration offered by the Company as listed on the Website and the Service.

Enterprise Users accessing the Website or the Service through Web/ Mobile app will be given an option to opt for autorenewal as per the norms defined by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). If you have opted for autorenewal in Web or Mobile app (including Android and iOS) or if you access, then your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term. We will notify you through email prior to the renewal date.

In case of Enterprise Users opted for free trial on the Website and the Service through Web/ Mobile app (including Android and iOS) app, subscription commences immediately once free trial duration for a particular plan opted by a User, if any provided at Company's discretion, is over and on the realization of payment of the subscription fees from the Users. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the free trial will auto convert to paid post free trial duration ends. However, for Users accessing the Website and the Service through Web/ Mobile app (including Android and iOS) app, free trial will not automatically convert to paid and Enterprise Users shall be required to accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and provide payment details to access the free trial services.

Subscription to the enterprise subscription-based Services commences immediately on the realization of payment of the subscription fees from the Enterprise Users and there can be no cancellation once an Enterprise User's account is activated for the subscription-based services for the term of that subscription period.

If you choose to pay annually and have opted for auto renewal in Web/ Mobile app (including Android and iOS) app, at least 15 days before each renewal you will be sent a reminder notice stating the rate that will apply for the renewal period. Unless you notify us before the end of your annual subscription period that you no longer wish to receive it, your annual subscription will renew for another year. We will charge the enterprise subscription using the same card or other payment method that you previously used.

You do not have any right to cancel your enterprise subscription or any part of it until the end of your then- current subscription period. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current enterprise subscription period. You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" button from your enterprise account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your enterprise subscription if you breach these Terms, with or without notice and without further obligation to you including any obligation to refund. We may also suspend or terminate your subscription if we are prevented from providing Services to you by circumstances beyond our control. The Company may, in exceptional circumstances, cease to publish the Website and the Service, the Website content or cease to provide subscription-based services. The Company will give you at least 15 days' notice of this, if possible but it is not guaranteed. If we do so, then we will have no further obligation to you except for a refund of the unexpired period of your paid subscription. This means that we will refund you with any amounts that you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining and unexpired period of your subscription.

If you are a registered Enterprise User but have not subscribed for our subscription-based Services, then the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your registration at any time, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. If you would like to cancel your registration, then you can go to Account Settings, and click on "Delete Enterprise Account", from Account Settings.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain delays, or governmental actions.

As a condition of your use of the Service, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Docthub's server, or the network(s) connected to any Docthub server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (collectively, "Content"), whether publicly or privately transmitted/ posted, is the sole responsibility of the person from where such content is originated (the "Originator"). By posting any material which contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and the Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms, including, by way of limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images.
