Docthub Health Tech Private Limited ("Docthub") is the author and publisher of the internet resource https://events.docthub.com/ ("Website"). Docthub owns and operates the Docthub Events services provided through the Website and mobile applications, through Docthub Healthcare Career App on Android and iOS. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website, content and community services offered through https://events.docthub.com/ any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise (the "Service"). Docthub Events is an integral part of www.docthub.com ("Docthub Platform" or "Platform").
BACKGROUND
Docthub is a digital platform for healthcare professionals, offering healthcare jobs, courses, events marketplace and professional digital tools through its website (www.docthub.com) as well as Android and iOS Mobile app for Users, (Docthub Healthcare Career App). It aggregates healthcare jobs, courses, events, masterclass, certification programs offered by different partnered organizations and business entities.
Docthub Enterprise application is for business entities to do business activities and post content across Docthub platforms and connect with healthcare professionals. It also includes the purchase of items and materials, digital features, tools, Software as a Service (SaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS) to grow and manage their professional work and businesses.
Docthub Events Website:
Docthub Events is a digital product, accessible through https://events.docthub.com/ ("Website") and Docthub Healthcare Career App on Android and iOS. It is available for students, course aspirants and healthcare professionals (hereinafter referred as 'Users') get details, discover and research on healthcare events, conferences, workshops, seminar, Continuous Medical Education (CME), Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program opportunities of their interest and for allied services related thereto. Such listed events are of partnered and aggregated information. The partnered events are created through Docthub Enterprise application module 'Event Organizer' which are verified and managed through Docthub Events website. The aggregated events are just an information sourced by Docthub Events team from internet, social media, email notifications, and shared by affiliate partners.
The Website also helps to connect with event organizer, event registration, download event brochures, publish your speaker profile, follow event community pages, find event venues etc. to students and healthcare professionals who may be of interest to them. User's contactable information will be shared with event organizers including professional associations/ university/ colleges/ educational institutes/ hospitals/ pharmaceutical companies either if they have shown interest in their event page or register in their event(s). Event Organizers:
Docthub platform provides Docthub Enterprise Account to any healthcare organization or legal business entity to create event, listing their event on Docthub Events website, receive online registration or ticketing through Docthub Events website and Docthub Healthcare Career Mobile App (iOS as well as Android). Such service has a mandatory business verification process of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process including Copy of Taxation ID, Business Registration, and Bank Account Details. Such account holders are using software module of 'Event Organizer' in Docthub Enterprise application, accessible through https://enterprise.docthub.com/ (hereinafter referred to as 'Event Organizer Service'). Event Organizers who are listing their event on Docthub Events portal are the owner, author, and publisher of their event, Docthub Events is acting as a mediator or aggregator platform. Event Offline Registration:
Docthub Enterprise application module 'Event Organizer' has a functionality to create 'Offline Event Registration' order for which Event Organizers might have received direct payment through offline modes like Cash, Bank Cheque, or Bank Transfer like NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ UPI etc. On the confirmation of registration details, the system will generate Offline Registration Order and Invoice will be sent on attendees' WhatsApp and/or Email address. This Event Online Registration Refund Policy is not applicable for the invoices generated through this 'Event Offline Registration'
Event Online Registrations:
Docthub Events has software application for healthcare event listing and event online registration through different third-party payment gateway integration. Such payment gateways are mentioned here as but not limited to; (1) Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, (2) Cashfree Payment Gateway, (3) Razorpay, (4) CC Avenue. Any event which is open for online registration through Docthub, is integrated with either of this payment gateway to receive online payments for event registration, and ticketing. At every successful online event registration, Users will get auto-generated invoice which will receive on WhatsApp or Email Address. This Event Online Registration Refund Policy is only applicable for this type of invoices where the payment has received online through Docthub Events portal.
Event Organizer's Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Every partnered event listed on Docthub Events has information mentioned for 'Terms & Conditions', and 'Cancellation or Refund Policy' by Event Organizer, who is the owner, author, and publisher of that event. Such information is displayed on the event web page listed on Docthub Events portal. Every user who are registering for the event, they are requested to read and understand these terms, and policy details, by doing event registration, they are agreed to these terms and policy.
Event Registration Refund Process:
- Any registered event attendee who wants to cancel the registration, they need to first review the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation or Refund Policy displayed and given by Event Organizer on event web page. And evaluate their eligibility for refund is applicable or not, if it is applicable in their case, then only proceed further.
- The eligible registered attendee will need to contact Event Organizer and apply for the cancellation of their event registration, provide invoice and other event attendee details through email or phone or WhatsApp or mobile phone, whichever the mode of communication convenient for Event Organizer.
- The Event Organizer will verify the event registration and look for the eligibility of refund, and decide whether to accept refund or not, if accepted then how much amount will be refunded. This is process is applicable for Online as well as Offline Event Registrations.
- For Online Event Registration through Docthub, in case of any dispute receive by Docthub Events from any Attendee who has bought ticket through event online registration mode, for which Event Organizer has not respond in a timely and decent manner, it will be subject to refund by Docthub Events. It will be further recovered from the settlement amount or other preferable payment mode from Event Organizer. Such dispute can be communicated on events.sales@docthub.com or mobile number (+91) 8320875539.
- Under this Event Registration Refund Policy, Docthub Events will ensure the compliance for Online Event Registration Refund which is a statutory requirement under Escrow account by the Reserve Bank of India for digital commerce.
